This national switch is vital to ensuring our customers continue receiving safe, reliable support at home and in their communities in line with the UK’s full analogue switch-off which began in January 2027.We’re expanding our team and looking for a proactive Administration Assistant / known as a (Digital Transition Assistant) internally to play a key role in delivering this major digital upgrade programme. About the role As an Administration Assistant within our Digital Transition team, you’ll help keep the project running smoothly day-to-day. Working 36.25 hours per week on a 6-month fixed term contract, you’ll be based in Leyland with agile working arrangements working from the office 1 or 2 days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling appointments between service users and installersCoordinating visits across geographical areas to maximise efficiencyHelping the team meet daily and weekly KPIsLiaising with colleagues to monitor and replenish stockProcessing collections and accurately updating internal databasesCommunicating with customers, families and partners by phoneSupporting the wider team with essential administrative tasksAlways maintaining confidentiality and accuracy This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and problem-solving.
