About the Role
Not everyone begins their care journey in a care home. Many exceptional carers start by supporting someone they love; a parent, partner, grandparent, or friend. As a Trainee Care Assistant, you’ll join a supportive team who will guide you every step of the way. You’ll learn to provide personal care, support residents with daily routines, and help create a warm, safe, and happy environment where residents can thrive.
