As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead and support the clinical team, ensuring residents receive the very best in person-centred care. This full-time role offers a blend of hands-on clinical work and supernumerary hours, giving you the scope to both care and lead.

What You’ll Need
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
- Previous experience as Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or senior nurse in a nursing home
- Experience in elderly care, including dementia and complex nursing needs
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Knowledge of CQC standards, clinical governance, and safeguarding
What You’ll Do
- Support the Home Manager in daily operational and clinical duties
- Lead, supervise, and develop the nursing and care teams
- Ensure person-centred care plans are delivered, reviewed, and updated
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal quality policies
- Liaise with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training
