Sandy & Weston | £12.21-£12.71 per hour | 12-Hour Shifts | Days & Nights | Temporary to Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established client operating across two sites in the Sandy and Weston areas. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with full training provided. Driving between sites will be required.

Key Duties
  • Working on a production line.

  • Making and preparing flower bouquets.

  • Packing and quality checking products.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work for long periods.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Flexible and able to work shifts (days and nights).

  • Reliable and committed to completing assigned shifts.

  • Driving licence essential to travel between sites.

Hours & Pay
  • 12-hour shifts, days and nights.

  • Day rate: £12.21 per hour.

  • Night rate: £12.71 per hour.

  • Overtime: £15.26 per hour (after 46 hours).
