Crynodeb
O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee works across multiple sites in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring leadership experience and the ability to manage teams working across various locations. A full UK driving licence is essential as this is a multi-site position.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervising and leading ground maintenance operatives across multiple sites

Planning and organising daily workloads
-
Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and on schedule

Grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, turfing, and soft landscaping (hands-on support as required)

Monitoring health & safety compliance and conducting site checks

Liaising with site managers and clients

Managing tools, equipment, and materials

Travelling between sites as required
Requirements:-
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping

Previous supervisory or team leader experience

Full UK driving licence (essential)

CSCS card (preferred)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Good knowledge of health & safety practices
