Looking for a great role with flexibility and career prospects?
Meet us in person – and interview on the day
We’re recruiting support workers for our state-of-the-art flagship service in East Brighton. Join us on 16 March to meet the team, learn about the role, and apply – we’ll be holding interviews on the day.
Support Worker Recruitment Event
When: Monday 16 March 2026, 10am – 4pm
Where: The Jubilee Library, Jubilee Street, Brighton, BN1 1GE
Salary: £13.34 per hour plus comprehensive benefits package
The service:
This is a flagship service for six adults with learning disabilities. Each person has their own purpose-built flat with a small garden. Our clients have mainly moved out of long-stay hospitals or school environments into the community, and you’ll support them to live as independently as possible.
What will happen at the event:
As little or as much as you like! Our team will be there to talk you through the positions, service, and benefits. If you’d like to apply for a position, you can do this on the day – we’ll also be holding interviews on the day.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need qualifications or experience to be a support worker. You need to have a good sense of fun, a consistent approach, and be able to stay calm under pressure.
What to bring:
It’s useful to bring your CV, but it’s not essential. No appointment needed – drop in any time between 10am and 4pm.
