About the Role

Make a real impact in adult learning across Suffolk
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable tutor—ideally with a specialism in Health and Wellbeing—to join our team and support adults in building skills that transform their lives. A minimum Level 3 teaching qualification is required.

At Realise Futures, we combine commercial enterprise with both personal and government funded public services. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for people to thrive in work, learning and life across our three divisions: Learning, Coaching and Advice; Employment; and RF Works.

Within the Learning, Coaching and Advice department, we deliver high quality, government funded programmes that support adults facing a range of economic, educational and social barriers. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in empowering learners—and you’ll have access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

This role operates primarily Monday to Friday and offers a supportive, purpose driven environment where your contribution makes a measurable difference every day while helping you advance your own teaching and specialist expertise.

This role is subject to a Basic DBS check. For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Tash Winter on 07568128052
