Summary

We are seeking an experienced, nurse-qualified leader to join Heeley Bank Nursing Home in Sheffield.

At Heeley Bank, we provide high-quality care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia within a welcoming and person-centred environment.

The successful applicant will oversee the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a positive, supportive culture for residents, families, and colleagues alike.

The home benefits from a well-established team, with a low number of current vacancies and strong clinical support in place. Our day shifts are supported by two Registered Nurses, working alongside experienced senior care and care teams, as well as dedicated kitchen, laundry, and domestic colleagues. Residents benefit from an active wellbeing programme delivered by our activities team, supported by on-site maintenance personnel who help ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a committed team within a service that values collaboration, quality care, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with our Regional Manager and an experienced staff group including a Deputy Manager and the Clinical Lead Nurse.

Position Details:
•Location: Sheffield, S2
•CQC Rating: GOOD
•Position: Full-time, including a share of on-call duties.
•Rate of Pay: £56,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
•Required: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle to attend assessments, meetings, and training across the group.

•Governance and Reporting
•Additional Duties as required to support the effective running of the nursing home, ensuring a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
