Summary
To support an individual for 8 hours per week, providing stability and consistency to her routine, as well as respite for her spouse. She is positive and enjoys life when emotionally stable, however her bipolar disorder can be challenging to manage and impacts her emotional wellbeing. During periods of low mood, she requires support to maintain a basic daily routine, and during periods of improved mood, she requires support to manage the risk of becoming unwell through elevated mood.
