Summary
Design, develop and deliver a programme of training that develops the expertise of staff working within Addictions services in line with the capability framework, including Recovery Practitioners and those with minimal clinical training. Lead on on-going training needs analyses of staff and stakeholder groups. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on a range of topics linked to drug, alcohol and other addiction harms and their treatment and management. Plan and lead in the delivery of training, ensuring that the skills, knowledge base and learning is transferred to appropriate stakeholders.
