Crynodeb
To support sustainable occupancy and service growth for specialist residential ABI services by developing strong, credible relationships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and NHS partners, ensuring placements are clinically appropriate, outcomes-focused, and aligned to local system priorities including reducing out-of-area placements, delayed discharges, and health inequalities. The Service Development ABI lead will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups and other commissioners of Specialist Residential, and Supported Living. The candidate will have strong key account management skills and will work to maintain existing relationships and initiate new relationships to promote services to the market. In addition, the ABI lead will work with commissioners to understand market requirements to allow appropriate development of existing services and provide guidance on the need for new services. The ABI lead working closely with Service Development managers to support achieving budget.
