Are you experienced working with children and ready to take the lead in a friendly school setting?
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Club Lead to run a busy Breakfast and After School Club for primary-aged children. This is a hands-on role where you will organise activities, supervise staff, and ensure children are safe, happy, and engaged.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading a small team of playworkers

• Supervising children aged 4–11
• Creating a safe and welcoming environment
• Building positive relationships with parents and school staff
• Completing basic admin (registers, communication, stock checks)
• Acting as the main on-site contact
This is a practical role - you’ll be actively involved with the children every day.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Experience working with children (school, nursery, childcare or play setting)
• Reliable, organised and confident
• Good communication skills
• Strong awareness of safeguarding and child safety
• Ability to lead or supervise others (or ready to step up)
Desirable (not essential):
• Level 2 or 3 childcare/playwork qualification
• First Aid, Safeguarding or Food Hygiene certificates
Why Join Us?
• Term-time only — school holidays off
• Supportive team environment
• Training and development opportunities
• Chance to run your own club and make a real difference
Apply now if you enjoy working with children and want a rewarding role in a school community.
