To provide care and support to people with a neurological condition in their own homes and , community in the Kings Lynn area. To help people rebuild their lives. To deliver personal care as well as help them access meaningful activities. Very few 30 minute calls. Most calls are 3 -4 hours. Some shifts in our neuro well being hub too
