This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in developing and enhancing the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard — a nationally significant service designed to help people make informed decisions about their retirement. Role Overview
The Pensions Policy and Proposition Manager will report directly to Senior Policy and Propositions Manage. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining Success Metrics: Develop metrics for the successful implementation and operation of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard, considering dashboard policy and organisational strategy.
- Policy & Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to evaluate and enhance policies, processes, and controls, ensuring compliance and alignment with regulatory and consumer needs.
- Analysing and Sharing Insights: Analyse a variety of data sources including internal metrics, consumer feedback, and market research to inform the development of the pensions dashboard.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and influence policy and service enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with colleagues and industry partners to share information and participate in discussions impacting the pensions dashboard.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
Experience
- Knowledge of UK pensions and retirement.
- Background in pension propositions, product, consulting, or business analysis.
- Experience analysing and summarising regulations.
- Strong cross‑functional working experience.
- Ability to use complex consumer, regulatory, and market data to shape propositions.
- Experience setting clear performance and value measures.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
- Confident analysing data and identifying trends.
- Effective problem‑
- Understanding of different pension types and regulatory frameworks.

Flexible Working
At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per month. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
