SALARY:

YEAR 1: £24,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience) / £52,000 OTE (uncapped commission) (includes Basic Salary)

YEAR 2: £82,000 OTE (uncapped commission) (includes Basic Salary)


LOCATION: Remote working from Home – Candidates Must be UK based

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative to join a growing healthcare-focused organisation supplying clinically proven medical devices.

As a Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative, you will focus on outbound B2B sales activity, engaging decision-makers within care homes and private healthcare settings to introduce innovative, non-invasive clinical solutions.

This Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative role is consultative rather than hard-sell, with success measured by the quality and consistency of product demonstrations booked rather than aggressive closing.

You will work closely with the sales lead, following structured outreach processes and contributing to a predictable and sustainable sales pipeline.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative include:

• Outbound Calling: Making proactive calls to care homes, care groups, and private healthcare providers

• Multi-Channel Outreach: Supporting calls with email and LinkedIn follow-ups

• Stakeholder Engagement: Speaking confidently with Managers, Clinical Leads, and Practice Managers

• Lead Qualification: Assessing interest and booking virtual or on-site product demonstrations

• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system

• Sales Process Adherence: Following a structured multi-touch outreach approach

• Collaboration: Working closely with the sales lead to refine messaging and improve conversion rates


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in B2B sales, sales development, or outbound calling

• Proven ability to communicate confidently by phone with professional stakeholders

• Experience managing outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn

• Strong organisational skills with a process-driven mindset

• Resilience and consistency when working towards activity-based targets

• A professional and approachable communication style

• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, SaaS, or regulated sectors is desirable
