Your new company
An excellent academy in Central Birmingham is looking for a School Administrator to carry out long term cover. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8.00 am - 4.00 pm and is to start in January 2026.
Your new role
The role will be working in a very busy school office which will involve dealing with parent queries on the phone, updating the pupil system with student information such as attendance and helping out with the admin team covering the school reception desks on a rota basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
