safe and supportive presence to young people in need? If so, we want you to join our team.

At mhs homes, our foyers provide safe accommodation to vulnerable young people aged 16–25. We’re currently recruiting Bank
Concierges to cover lone-working night and weekend shifts. Whether you’re an experienced support worker or someone with a
background in care, youth work or housing—you’ll be a reassuring presence, helping create a welcoming and secure space.


SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

* Waking nights: 6:30pm–8am or 10pm–8am

* Weekend days: 8am–3pm or 3pm–10pm






WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of foyer residents overnight or at weekends

* Creating a calm, respectful environment and offering support when needed

* Being proactive and approachable, even during lone working hours

* Keeping accurate records and ensuring good communication with the foyer team






WHO YOU ARE:

* Confident working independently with vulnerable young people

* Calm, empathetic, and comfortable dealing with challenging situations

* Great with IT and able to follow lone worker policies

* Experienced in safeguarding and support work
