Contract: Full Time and Part- Time Salary: £12.70 - £13.50 Per Hour Shift Type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: Full Time and Part TimeOakbank Care Home is a beautiful, purpose built service in the heart of Crieff, offering exceptional Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative and Respite Care for up to 70 residents. As we continue our commissioning journey and prepare to open our next community within the home, we are now looking for Care Assistants of all levels, including those ready to step into Senior roles.

You will be part of a new team supporting the opening of a brand new community, working in modern surroundings and contributing to the creation of a warm, welcoming environment where residents can truly flourish. Whether you are new to care, experienced, or progressing towards a senior position, you will receive full support, training and genuine opportunities to develop your career.
What We Offer
- Care Assistant: £12.70 per hour
- Senior Care Assistant: £13.50 per hour
- Full time and part time contracts available
- Day and night shifts
- Paid PVG, Pension scheme, Free uniform
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full time hours)
What You Will Do
You will deliver high quality, person centred care that supports residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, mealtimes and meaningful engagement. You will help create a safe, comfortable and positive environment where residents feel valued and supported.
Senior Care Assistants will also oversee the smooth running of shifts, support and guide colleagues, administer medication, maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and professionals.
About You

Care Assistants:
- Caring, reliable and compassionate
- Willing to learn with full training provided
- Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification desirable but not essential
Senior Care Assistants:
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and working towards or holding SVQ Level 3
- Confident in medication administration
- Positive leadership skills with a supportive approach
- Committed to excellent, person centred care
