Crynodeb
To support the Wellbeing Hub Manager and the Team in the implementation of the Trusts Employee Wellbeing Strategy. To work autonomously, confidently and safely whilst utilising clinical support/supervision and acknowledging the expertise/experience of others when required. Provide clinical guidance and support to administration team as required. To practice within the triage, assessment referral criteria and associated clinical frameworks for the service and ensure that clinical records are maintained, up to date and stored appropriately in accordance with professional and Trust standards Manage own caseload of employees referred in for mental health/ emotional wellbeing support. Responsible for the clinical appropriateness and signatory authorisation of external referrals, whereby an employee is approved to receive specialist treatment externally. Responsible for procurement of new external psychological suppliers, including the vetting and signing service level agreements (SLA). To monitor, evaluate and modify interventions in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention(s).
