Summary
Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Sales & Service Administrator for our client based in South Lanarkshire.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised administrator to join a long-established and supportive team. The Sales & Service Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating the full lifecycle of customer orders from initial sale to installation and ongoing servicing. Working closely with Sales, Installation, and Service departments, the successful candidate will ensure smooth operations through accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Administration
·Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and wider Sales team.
·Coordinate and process customer documentation including contracts and finance agreements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and returned promptly before progressing orders.
·Process customer orders, raise invoices, and update internal systems with accurate records.
·Maintain document control, ensuring compliance and easy accessibility.
Installations & Service Support
·Plan and schedule equipment installations in coordination with engineers and service teams.
·Prepare and issue RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for installations and site work.
·Arrange stock and materials for installations, ensuring timely site delivery.
·Support the Service Department with scheduling of servicing and repairs.
·Liaise with customers to confirm booking dates, access requirements, and documentation
needs.
Skills & Experience
·Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or sales coordination.
·Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective document control.
·Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers, engineers and suppliers.
·A collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to multitask.
·Proficient IT skills, including experience with invoicing and order systems.

·Salary of £DOE
·Permanent, full-time position: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (30-minute lunch)
·28 days holiday (including 2 fixed days: Christmas Day & 1st January; the rest are fully flexible)
·On-site role based in a friendly office environment
·Opportunity to join a long-standing and stable team with no weekend or shift work
