If successful, you will lead the development and oversight of robust, data-driven systems to monitor, maintain, and enhance role based training compliance across the Trust, with a particular focus on optimising the use of the Totara Learning Management System (LMS).
This includes designing and implementing comprehensive reporting frameworks that deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights into training performance, compliance trends, and areas requiring targeted intervention.
A key aspect of the role involves analytics and governance and refinement of compliance controls, ensuring they are aligned with NHS regulatory standards, statutory requirements, and internal governance frameworks. The post holder will be responsible for revising procedures, curating data dashboards, and producing detailed compliance reports to support subject matter experts, operational managers, and senior leaders in achieving and sustaining high levels of training compliance.
Working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical training leads, the post holder will ensure a coordinated, data-informed approach to the design, delivery, and evaluation of mandatory training. This includes promoting multi-disciplinary learning and ensuring that all training content hosted on Totara is current, accessible, and aligned with national frameworks such as the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).
