About the Role
We are seeking a resilient, calm and committed Challenging Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Radcliffe, Bury. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with pupils who display behavioural challenges linked to SEMH, trauma, ASD or unmet emotional needs.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils regulate their behaviour, access learning and build positive relationships. Your presence will play a crucial role in helping pupils feel safe, understood and supported throughout the school day.
