Day and Night positions.
Rate of pay £12.21 per hour.
Numada Healthcare Limited is an independent care company providing nursing and residential care to older persons with the aim to support them to maintain their independence and continue to live their lives the way they chose. We provide care and support to adults over the age of 18 and pride ourselves in delivering high quality care.
About the role:
Redclyffe House are looking for support workers to join us in helping to provide a high quality, caring and supportive lifestyle for 12 individuals living with a variety of needs.
The role is varied and includes providing support to meet personal care and social support needs. We are based in Alverstoke in Gosport and welcome applicants with a range of experience, although experience in care is not essential as we will provide full training.
Day shifts vary between the hours of 7am and 10pm and Night shifts are from 7pm to 7am.
You will be required to work alternative weekends.
Responsibilities:
· Provide personal care
· Provide nutritional support
· Provide mobility support
· Be able to cook nutritious meals
· Provide emotional and social support
· Working effectively with the manager, team, and family members
· Working to a flexible rota
· Keeping a positive and friendly attitude
Requirements:
· The right to work in the UK
· Kind, caring nature and a passion to help others
· Have excellent communication skills and be a great team player
· Be flexible and have a can-do attitude
