Summary
Leo is a young guy who enjoys outdoor interests such as biking and golfing, as well as the Xbox, especially Call of Duty, Leo is looking for a like-minded Team leader to join his team who has similar interests and can adapt to constantly changing energy levels.
Leo has a dedicated team who always put Leos interests first. We are looking for a Team lead that will integrate and work with this team to ensure the ongoing and developing support to Leos needs. You need to be able to understand and support the team to do what they do best in keeping Leo happy, while liaising with family to keep the ties strong.
You will be responsible for maintain safe systems and provide regular support for the team, using their strengths to best advantage while mindfully working on area that need development.
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
The type of person that matches Leo is someone who is resilient to some potential name calling when it’s a difficult day, can offer a bit of banter, and who enjoys outdoor interests that they can take part in and share with Leo. You will need to be Flexible in your responses depending on Leo’s needs for the day.
Leo needs patient people around him, who will get a good sense of when to motivate and when not to. Leo can be up for a challenge one day where he will go biking, swimming, or golfing and you will need to jump on these moments, but the next day he may just need downtime with the Xbox or to get additional sleep.
Leo needs support around his house, with his finances and medication, and emotional support especially on the difficult days. He also needs you to be active so that when his energy levels are high, he can get out doing one of his interests, although there may be times you might need to be a motivator to encourage Leo to keep at it. When his energy levels are low, Leo may come across as being short with you especially if you are putting too many demands on him, so a more laid-back approach will be needed.
Leo has a dedicated team around him who have seen him grow in confidence. He is close to his family who play an important role in his life, so it’s essential that his team work together with the family, maintaining Leo’s support network.
