Waking Night Support Worker - Littlehampton (Angmering Area)

Hours: 10pm - 8am | Full-Time Opportunity

Looking for a career change that truly matters? Join Dimensions as a Waking Night Support Worker and help create a safe, calm, and supportive environment for seven individuals with learning disabilities at our residential home in Angmering.

This is more than just a night shift—it's a chance to be a reassuring presence, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety through the quiet hours.

What You'll Be Doing

- Checking on individuals at regular intervals to ensure they're comfortable and well

- Providing personal care when needed

- Carrying out household tasks such as cleaning and laundry

- Recording daily notes and incidents using our IT systems

- Ensuring the premises remains secure and safe throughout the night

What We're Looking For

- A caring, reliable individual with a calm and thoughtful approach

- Comfortable with personal care and lone working

- Confident using basic IT systems for record-keeping

- Committed to delivering person-centred support
