Summary
Location: Basingstoke - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office requiredHours: Full time, Monday-Friday, shifts between 8:00-18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break

What will you be responsible for?As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the MOJ & Home Office Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering an efficient, accurate and professional service to operational, engineering and office-based teams.
Your day to day will include:
-Raising, allocating, scheduling and completing work orders for reactive works via the CAFAM system
-Monitoring inboxes, answering calls, capturing service requests and providing updates to customers and stakeholders
-Liaising with engineers and subcontractors for attendance dates, RAMS, paperwork and progress updates
-Reviewing and correcting work order details, ensuring accurate data entry, SLA compliance and timely closure
-Providing administrative support to Contract Managers and contributing to performance improvements across the contract
What are we looking for?This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:
-You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
-You are IT confident, with good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and high attention to detail
-You can build and maintain effective working relationships with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
-You can manage a fast-paced administrative workload, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
-You are able to pass CTC Clearance, required for this role
