Summary
MULTIPLE SECURITY POSITIONS CIS Security are looking for passionate and motivated individuals, who have the drive to succeed and a passion for customer facing roles. You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality of guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users. We are currently recruiting for several permanent Security Officer positions based at a single site in London (EC2.) These roles offer a variety of working hours, ranging from 24 to 60 hours per week, depending on the specific position, roster pattern, and your availability and flexibility.The pay rate for these positions is £14.80 per hour.A range of roster patterns are available to suit different preferences, including:Monday to Friday - Days Saturday & Sunday - Days 4 On 4 Off - Nights Job Requirements:? Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbalMust have good command of English language.To have a smart appearance befitting the company.Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.?Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas.?Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information?requested?- 5 years of checkable work history. Job Responsibilities:? Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.?Able to work in a team as well as on your own and can be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative.Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations.Confident in writing incident and shift reports.To always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.?To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.?The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties.
