We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Vocational Teacher with expertise in Construction, Engineering, or Motor Vehicle Studies to join a dedicated team committed to helping students develop practical skills and achieve their full potential.

The Role as a Vocational Teacher:
We are looking for an experienced vocational practitioner or qualified teacher who can deliver hands-on, engaging sessions that inspire learners and build confidence. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a practical curriculum, adapting lessons to meet a range of abilities, and maintaining a safe, supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Vocational Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and practical vocational lessons in your specialism

  
  

  • Support learners with varying abilities, including those with SEN needs

    
    

    • Maintain workshop safety and ensure tools/equipment are used appropriately

      
      

      • Develop creative learning opportunities that build employability skills

        
        

        • Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider teaching team

          
          

          • Track progress and provide constructive feedback to students

            
            

            As a Vocational Teacher You Will Need:

            • Experience in Construction, Engineering, or Motor Vehicle Maintenance (industry or teaching background)

              
              

              • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

                
                

                • Strong communication and organisation skills

                  
                  

                  • A passion for supporting young people and helping them progress

                    
                    

                    • Enhanced DBS on the update service
