Summary
To provide and lead on the strategic direction and implementation of pharmacy services to the Directorate of Acute and Emergency Medicine on the Royal Liverpool site. To develop, manage, implement and evaluate Emergency floor pharmacy team services to the Directorate of Acute and Emergency Medicine Supervises the training of Pharmacy staff in the Acute and Emergency team and wider pharmacy team as needed. Liaise with appropriate health care professionals within Primary Care Trusts to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources across the primary/secondary care interface and where necessary develop relevant protocols.
