Summary
Production & Manufacturing Operatives – January 2026 Starts!
(Successful applicants will be contacted and inducted in December 2025, ready to start the first week of January 2026.)
Location: Rochdale Centre
Pay Rate: £12.24 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) + occasional 8am–5pm shift.
Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re looking for reliable Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a well-established and friendly manufacturing team based in the heart of Rochdale.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working in a clean, well-organised factory environment where every day is different. Your tasks may include:
• Bonding and assembling materials
• Sanding, prepping, and finishing components
• Supporting the build and production departments
• Helping with general factory and manufacturing duties
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in:
• Production, manufacturing, or factory work
• Assembly or warehouse roles
• Any other practical, hands-on job
A positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic are just as important as experience.
