Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) who lives and breathes childcare. You’ll be joining a team where your voice matters, your wellbeing is valued, and your work makes a real difference every single day.
Your day might include:
Leading exciting, child-led activities indoors and out
Supporting children’s learning, development, and curiosity
Building warm relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Reflecting on practice with the team to constantly improve and inspire each other
Going home with muddy boots, a happy heart, and a smile
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Hold a full and valid Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
Have experience in an Early Years setting
Are energetic, caring, and truly passionate about childcare
Thrive in a team that supports and celebrates each other
Understand the importance of safeguarding and are committed to keeping children safe
Already hold (or are willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS
Already hold (or are willing to undertake) a valid paediatric first aid qualification
Love being outdoors in all weathers!
Forest School or additional SENCO experience is a bonus, and roles with these specialities are available.
