Job Purpose
To support the Watersports Manager in delivering a well-rounded, inclusive programme of on-water and shore-based activities and courses for a diverse community of users, in line with the charity’s aims and objectives. The Watersports Instructor’s primary responsibility is to lead on-water sessions—including sailing, powerboating, rowing, and other boating disciplines—while also assisting with fleet and centre maintenance to ensure the smooth running of scheduled activities.
