Deputy Manager Children's Residential Care Home
Location: Harrow / Edgware
Salary: £14.50 an hour upwards
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at a Children's Residential Care Home. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about supporting Children and Young Adults in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding for all residents.
Support and lead staff teams to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people.
Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience working with Children and Young Adults in a residential setting.
Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People or equivalent.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
