Summary

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in a cold-storage environment in Telford, TF7 area.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires good attention to detail and the ability to work in lower temperatures. Ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and are reliable team players.

Key Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties

  
  

• Heavy lifting and manual handling

  
  

• Working in chilled and freezer areas

  
  

• Picking and packing products accurately

  
  

• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

  
  

• Supporting the warehouse team to meet daily targets

  
  Requirements

  • Comfortable working in cold environments (including entering the freezer)

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail

    
    

  • Able to lift heavy items

    
    

  • Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including weekends

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

    
    Benefits
