Hays are working with a well-established organisation who are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager. This strategic role will lead group-wide marketing and communications, ensuring brand alignment, digital excellence, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business units.
Your new role
- Develop and deliver a group-wide marketing and communications strategy aligned with business goals.
- Support brand marketing teams and ensure activities align with group objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and legislative requirements.
- Drive cross-brand collaboration, including co-marketing and cross-selling initiatives.
- Work with Sales Directors to set shared targets and growth plans.
- Lead digital strategy, including group websites, SEO, analytics, and content management.
- Oversee external web partners and maintain shared brand assets.
- Implement and manage a central Salesforce CRM to unify data and track sales pipelines.
- Build dashboards to measure marketing impact and sales performance.
- Manage group-level PR, social media, and event coordination.
- Ensure consistent messaging around innovation, sustainability, and customer value.
- Provide regular strategic updates to senior leadership and use insights to guide decisions
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' marketing experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration of sales and marketing data.
- Proven ability to create and deliver strategic marketing and data plans.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strategic marketer with strong digital and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Confident communicator, able to simplify technical information.
