As an Independent Living Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment where our tenants can thrive. You’ll listen with empathy, respond to individual needs, and help every person feel valued and respected in their home. To succeed, you’ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle, as you’ll work across our schemes in Lytham St Annes and occasionally provide cover in the Fylde and South Ribble area - ensuring continuity of care where it’s needed most.
