Summary
TeacherActive are delighted to be supporting a well-established SEN school in Cheshire who are seeking a permanent SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. You will be joining a highly supportive leadership team and a staff cohort who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care and personalised learning.
The Role – SEN Teacher (Permanent)As a permanent member of staff, you will:

Lead a small, well-supported class with a high ratio of specialist SEN Teaching Assistants.

Plan and deliver individualised, creative and differentiated lessons that meet diverse learning and sensory needs.

Use trauma-informed, relational and therapeutic approaches to support behaviour and regulation.

Work closely with pastoral teams, therapists, families and external professionals to deliver consistent support.

Contribute to EHCP reviews, progress tracking and whole-school development.
The Ideal CandidateWe would love to hear from you if you have:

QTS (essential) and a genuine passion for SEN education.

Experience working with pupils who have ASC, SEMH or complex learning needs (or strong transferable experience).
