Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator role in a well‑established property management agency. The agency oversees a substantial portfolio of prime rental properties and is recognised for attracting professional tenants from leading industries. They are seeking a driven individual having fluency in Mandarin, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a clear ambition to succeed. Job Requirements:
Must have legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
Minimum of 1 year’s lettings experience within an estate agency
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service and sales ability, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach, with a self‑motivated “can‑do” attitude
Ability to build rapport quickly and influence new contacts effectively
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Good understanding of London’s residential property market is beneficial
Experience using Qube SLM and Goodlord platforms is advantageous
NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management is desirable
Must be able to commute reliably to London
Job Responsibilities:
Screen and register prospective applicants, ensuring they meet qualification standards.
Organize and manage personal schedules to conduct property viewings, coordinating with Viewing Assistants when required.
Provide weekly updates to landlords via multiple communication channels such as WeChat, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain consistent communication with both landlords and applicants, documenting all interactions accurately.
Handle negotiations on received offers and relay details promptly to the Moves administration team.
Collaborate with Directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Staying abreast of current lettings legislation to ensure compliance and best practice.
