Hounslow Town Primary School is a large, 5 form entry school with over 1100 pupils, located in the heart of a vibrant and inclusive community. We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with funded SEND pupils, providing in-class support and small group interventions, as well as targeted 1:1 support to help each child reach their potential.

Support pupils with SEND in lessons and through targeted interventions
