Summary
As a clinical pharmacist working on the wards, you will demonstrate the ability to provide safe, clinically effective and cost efficient use of medicines to in patients. To provide a routine clinical pharmacy services to the wards, including prescription monitoring To provide pharmaceutical information and advice to medical and nursing staff and patients on the wards To demonstrate a good core clinical knowledge. To enhance and monitor the quality of patient care To demonstrate a whole-system patient-focused approach. To demonstrate good level of clinical reasoning and judgement. To liaise with other clinical pharmacists to ensure efficient transfer of medicine related care. To counsel patients on their medication and answer any other medicine related enquiry. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £54.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
