Crynodeb
Provide cover as an ENT surgeon but will have a special interest. Provide an out of hours on call service (1:4). In line with requirements of clinical governance, the appointee will be expected to participate in clinical audit, To teach and train staff in other medical disciplines, nursing and support staff as appropriate. Issuing of advice to GPs on suitability of patients for referral to hospital. Work with local clinical and operational managers and contribute to the efficient running of services.
