Summary
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer in one of London's top law firms. They are seeking candidates with solid experience and in-depth knowledge of commercial and/or residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, Help to Buy, and shared ownership. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage cases from initial enquiry through to post-completion. They are looking for individuals with a commercial mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the potential to contribute to the firm’s continued growth.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing commercial and/or residential conveyancing matters.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under demanding workloads and meet strict deadlines.
Proven track record in handling substantial caseloads efficiently.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Capacity to work under pressure while consistently achieving set objectives.
Remote working option available after six months of employment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage an independent caseload under appropriate supervision.
Deliver a consistently high standard of legal services to clients.
Conduct client meetings, provide practical guidance, and take detailed instructions.
Advise clients on relevant laws and legal issues pertaining to their matters.
Prepare property-related legal documentation, correspondence, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and developments in the law.
