What You'll Do:
- Provide face-to-face support, life coaching, and tailored activity programmes
- Help young people gain practical independent living skills
- Build strong community connections
- Offer trauma-informed emotional support
- Guide young people in making positive life choices
- Assist with benefits, safeguarding, property checks, and rent management
