We are looking for a Project Account Manager to oversee customer accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This new and exciting role reporting to our Head of Sales, has been created following a period of growth, and will establish and lead projects and customer relationships. We are looking for someone with experience of working in a manufacturing environment and a track record of successful project delivery in aerospace, defence or industrial sectors.

Hours
Full time available however flexibility can be agreed for slightly less hours if preferred
07.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
07.45am -12.45pm Friday (1 Friday off every 4 weeks!)

Salary - Dependant on experience

Main Responsibilities
• Preparing quotes under the supervision of the Sales Team.
• Preparing Quote Reviews for signature.
• Performing office duties; answering the telephone, directing calls, emails.
• Working with our internal systems to input Sales Order including preparing Contract Reviews for sign off.
• Direct contact with customers regarding projects that you are working on.
• Attend customer project meetings as required.
• Maintaining confidentiality of documents and papers of the organisation or business.
• Travelling to other AQ or Customer sites when required.
• Develop relationships and deliver growth amongst managed customers.
• Utilise customer intelligence to inform and maintain forecast and pipeline opportunities.
• Manage project lifecycle: scoping, planning, implementation, and business readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the business throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and support change management initiatives.

Experience / Skills / Attributes
• Track record of successful project delivery in Aerospace, Defence, or Industrial sectors.
• Skilled in applying project management methodologies (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all mediums.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Structured and organised approach to meetings and project governance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
