Summary

A global insuranceorganisation with a strong international footprint is seeking a Group Reward Lead to join its Human Resources team. Known for its dynamic and collaborativeculture, the company is committed to attracting and retaining top talent throughcreating innovative reward strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead the design and implementation of theorganisation's total compensation and benefits strategy. This includes definingthe overall compensation framework, conducting benchmarking studies, and developinganalytics dashboards to support decision-making. You will manage annualcompensation cycles, oversee bonus and salary review processes, and advise onexecutive compensation proposals. Additionally, you will collaborate onperformance management processes and partner with HR teams to ensure complianceand seamless delivery of reward programs.

This role requiresstrong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management,and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have 8-10years of experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally within a globalorganisation or consulting environment. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsare essential, along with experience using HR systems such as Workday.
