Vibrant, high achieving secondary schools in South London are looking for Graduate SEN Tutors to join their team immediately. This role will provide experience working with young people in a professional environment.
The Role – Graduate SEN Tutor
The Graduate SEN Tutor will work with and support SEN, developing their emotional and academic skills, ensuring their needs are fully met and they are able to thrive in school. You’ll play a pivotal role in boosting confidence and raising attainment through interventions and building rapport.
This Graduate SEN Tutor position is ideal for graduates aspiring to work with young people who have additional needs such as; Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and those experiencing mental health difficulties.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Tutor
• Degree in Social Science or Education is preferable, but we are open to other academic qualifications (2:2 minimum)
• Enthusiastic about helping young people learn and progress
• Some experience working with young people is preferable
• Strong communicator with good communication skills & empathetic nature
• Professional, committed, and proactive
• Must have the right to work in the UK
