Summary

Online Learning Assistant

Role Description

Our Online Learning Curriculum Area is expanding, and we are looking for two Online Learning Data Assistants to deliver exceptional learner onboarding support and customer service throughout our recruitment and admissions processes.

In this pivotal role, you will help ensure that our learner recruitment and onboarding systems operate efficiently, supporting the overall success of our educational programmes. You will build on the existing strengths and achievements of the team while contributing to its continued growth.

The successful candidates will work closely with learner data services, quality teams, and management, fostering collaboration across departments. Ideally, applicants will have experience in an educational setting and/or a strong background in customer service.

We currently deliver a wide range of vocational programmes to adult learners. Our courses provide valuable skills and qualifications, helping learners progress into Higher Education, Further Education, and sustainable employment.
