We provide personalised, around-the-clock care for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs – helping them live happy, safe and independent lives in their own home. No experience, no problem! We will give you full training and help you achieve your Care Certificate.
About the Role:
We have three ladies, who require support, who live in supported living. Age ranges from 58-71, varying levels of abilities. All 3 have a learning disability, to include personal care and wheelchair assistance. Activities include trips out, bingo, theatre, walks, movies, garden centres etc.
No two days are ever the same – you’ll be making a real difference while building genuine connection and support.
(This post is restricted to female only, as a genuine occupational requirement, under the schedule 9 paragraph 1, equality act 2010).
Criteria:
UK Driving Licence
Flexible for shifts, Early shift 7 a.m. till 3 p.m. – Afternoon shift 2 p.m. till 22.00 p.m.
Alternate weekends
