Job Overview
-Regional Facilities Manager - Scotland and North East England
Main Duties
-Responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 stores based in Scotland and North East of England.
-Primary point of contact for escalations from the client's representative in the assigned region.
-Duties include managing reactive repairs to completion within assigned SLA's, ensuring WIP is within targets.
-Ensuring the that all planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule.
-Undertaking store condition surveys, identifying areas for remedial works, and auditing completed works.
-Managing capital projects up to £50k in value
-Undertaking performance reviews of contractors assigned to the account.
What we are looking for
-An experienced Facilities Manager with experience of working in retail or catering environments.
- Must be willing to travel across a large geographical region.
-Self reliant and motivated to succeed, with minimal supervision.
-Technically competent to manage work on catering equipment, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric
-CAFM experience - the ability to download and analyse data
-Member of IWFM or equivalent experience
-5 years experience in a similar role.
