Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.?Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative?Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift?Confident in writing incident and shift reports?The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative?To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour.?To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.?The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures, building safety checks, emergency response, incident reports, and deliveries administration & management.?Ensure that all security Officers look after the health, Safety and Welfare of themselves and others whilst carrying out their duties??Monitor all contractors to ensure that they are carrying out their work in accordance with agreed procedures and that they do not create hazard for any person working in the Customer premises.?Ensure that check on all fire systems and equipment are carried out at regular intervals in compliance with Assignment instruction and maintain a record of all checks carried out.?
